The picture was actually taken in 1996. By removing all opposing forces from both Military and Representative, Suharto finally able to post BJ. Habibie - a long friend - whom strongly unaccepted because his appetite to spend vast amount of money (tax payer's) to unrealistic project such as aircraft company --- as his vice president.
